We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@by-zaye.com to request a return. Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund return postage costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@by-zaye.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items showing signs of wear or use
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us at info@by-zaye.com to request an exchange.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will cover the cost of returning your original item. A flat exchange fee of £7.95 applies, which covers the cost of shipping your new item to you.

The item you wish to exchange must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size, colour, or style.

UK Statutory Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@by-zaye.com Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility even when exercising the statutory cancellation right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
